Intro to Reusi Dat Ton: Thai Self Massage

In this course we will explore the origins, benefits and purpose of Reusi Dat Ton. Students will learn basic breathing techniques, strengthening postures and exercises, a full body joint mobilization sequence and full body self massage sequence. No prerequisites needed.

Intro to Thai massage:

In this course we will cover the foundations of Thai massage, effortless transitions between postures and a 60 minute full body massage technique. No prerequisites needed.

Freedom Flow:

This is an all levels class meant to build internal heat, energize, strengthen and tone the body. Dynamic movement is inspired by uptempo music, black lights meant to free your mind and get your body moving. Bright colored or white clothing is encouraged but not required.
