Join us for a dive into the Mediterranean cuisine, exploring the spices, herbs, ingredients and recipes that are less inflammatory for the body while layered with flavor for the taste buds. We will focus on the seasonality of produce that is supportive to our systems, specifically focusing on what will be available for the coming summer months. We’ll play with vegetarian recipes, collectively preparing a meal that we will enjoy together, creating a connection to self and others through our guts.
