Lauren Dize is a healing sound practitioner who has completed certified master level studies for the Gong and Himalayan Singing Bowls. Lauren has studied with Mitch Nur at the 9ways Academia and Grand Gong Master, Don Conreuax. Whether she is facilitating “Sacred Soundscape†meditations for large groups or an individual, playing for yoga classes, or performing in all night Gong Pujas, Lauren creates a welcoming space for you comfort.
