Melissa DiVincenzo is an experienced 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200) and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP). She has been teaching on land since 2010 and on water since 2014 and has over 3,000 hours of teaching experience. She is trained in many styles of yoga, including hatha, vinyasa, and kripalu with nearly 200 hours of continuing education in areas such as children’s yoga, restorative yoga, prana flow yoga, Kundalini, AcroYoga and of course, Stand-Up Paddlboard (SUP) Yoga.
She is the founder, owner and operator of Play All Day Yoga, Maryland’s first and only BOGA Affiliate Floating Studio, which offers SUP yoga and fitness classes, workshops and retreats. She is recognized as an expert in sharing yogic wisdom to yogis of all ages in a variety of settings, and she truly loves to invite a sense of curiosity and wonder into every practice.
