Anusara Yoga is a uniquely integrated approach to hatha yoga in which the art of the human spirit powerfully blends with the science of biomechanics. The Anusara Yoga teaching style blends specific postural instructions and the teacher’s heart-oriented attitude so students can not only increase their level of well-being physically, but are also empowered to find lightheartedness, goodness, and joyfulness within themselves.

Simone Heurich has been an avid explorer in the realm of health and wellbeing and has been finding balance and discovering the peace and joy within, through yoga for over 40 years. She has studied with teachers from a variety of traditions and has several teaching certifications. Among them, she is certified in the Anusara style of Hatha Yoga. She is also certified in Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy. and is a 500 hour Registered Teacher with the Yoga Alliance.
Her approach focuses on creating optimal alignment, increasing strength and flexibility, as well as celebrating the wholeness and interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit. Through encouraging self awareness and self acceptance she empowers students to reconnect with their own joy and inner peace.
