Roughly 16 years ago Amy found her way to her first yoga class. Having been a dancer, and living an active lifestyle, she approached the class with physical fitness at the forefront. Although she has always considered herself a seeker, little did she realize the impact this journey would have on her life. Amy received her 200 RYT through 3rd street yoga Pittsburgh Pa. She has practiced with Seane Corn, Donovan McGrath and various other inspiring instructors! She teaches vinyasa flow and gentle vinyasa flow several times a week.
