Ready to take your practice to the water?
This 2 hour workshop offers an introduction to stand up paddle board yoga, a 90 minute yoga flow on the water, and the incredible experience of floating savasana.
Meet at the Lovelight - Camp Ramblewood Pool, dressed to get wet. We\'ll be moving through a creative sequence designed to warm and strengthen the body, stretch all your paddle muscles, and quiet and calm the mind. Modifications and variations will be offered for total beginners and the most advanced yogis - all are welcome! Class ends with a mellow restorative relaxation on the boards with the kiss of the sun on your skin.
No yoga or paddle experience necessary. Equipment, instruction, and photos provided. Participants must have swimming ability.
