Micol M. Souviney is a self-taught artist born in Padua, Italy. After moving to the US in 2005, she slowly found her way into the arts community in Baltimore. Having always been surrounded by a tight-knit community of artists, musicians, and creators from all walks of life, her dedication to the arts became even stronger. Her body of work pays careful attention to detail, with each line in its correct place. Many of her pieces include animals, which have always filled her with a sense of wonder. Part of her art functions as a little reminder of how beautiful and fragile they really are. Her artwork has been showcased Freeform Arts Festival (PA), Element Music & Art Festival (NY), Mushroom City Arts Festival (MD), Gallery 788 (MD), Mott Gallery (VA).
