yin yoga

Yin Yoga is a practice that provides profound insight into mental and physical patterns that are unconsciously held in the first three Koshas, (sheaths) that surround our pure state of consciousness. This practice involves longer held (3-15 minutes) floor poses without muscular engagement in order to target specific connective tissue and fascia regeneration at joint sights, as well as stimulating the energy meridians of the body. This is time of great relief, release and transformation: there are no words that can describe the power of stillness and realization that occurs once the tissues of your body start to convey the real story of your life. Yin is suitable for all body types, all levels of yogi and all walks of life. See you in heaven.
